How CardCrush prize redemption works
CardCrush uses one redeemable currency, Mystery Coins, valued at 1 MC to $1. Mystery Coins are both the play unit and the prize unit in CardCrush's single-currency model, operated by Vision NL Limited (Isle of Man). Only post-playthrough Mystery Coins are eligible for redemption. Gold Coins and Battle Cards carry no cash value and cannot be converted to Mystery Coins or prizes under any condition.
CardCrush opens two redemption methods once playthrough is cleared and Jumio KYC is approved.
The $10 gift card floor is among the lowest of any brand CrushCards ranks. Bank transfer processing time is not published as a specific number. Verify the current timeline on CardCrush's terms page.
Step 1 — Clear the 1× playthrough
CardCrush applies a 1× playthrough to Mystery Coins before any withdrawal. Each Mystery Coin must be wagered once in a prize-eligible match before the resulting balance becomes redeemable. CardCrush's 1× requirement is the lowest wagering in the category, against 10× at parimutuel rivals Horseplay and GiddyUp.
Here is how to track playthrough progress:
- Log in to CardCrush and navigate to the account dashboard.
- Check the "available to redeem" balance, which shows post-playthrough Mystery Coins only.
- Any Mystery Coin not yet cleared shows as pending or under "wagering required."
- Enter prize-eligible Battle Zone matches to advance the cleared balance.
- Continue until the available-to-redeem balance reaches $10 (gift card) or $75 (bank transfer).
Free Mystery Coins from daily drops, gameplay rewards, the signup bonus, and the no-purchase-necessary AMOE carry the same 1× playthrough. The playthrough applies to all Mystery Coins regardless of source.
As an example: a $9.99 Mystery Box delivers 25 Mystery Coins plus 5 Battle Cards. CardCrush requires each of the 25 Mystery Coins to be wagered once. The post-playthrough balance, which reflects wins and the cleared starting 25 MC, then becomes redeemable.
Step 2 — Complete Jumio identity verification
CardCrush uses Jumio for KYC identity verification. CardCrush requires Jumio approval before processing any redemption. Jumio is a one-time verification — once CardCrush approves the account, future redemptions do not require document re-submission.
Jumio requires:
- A government-issued photo ID (driver's license or passport).
- A selfie for liveness check, taken within the Jumio session.
- An account name that matches the submitted ID.
CardCrush triggers Jumio verification when a player first requests a redemption. Jumio auto-verification typically resolves in minutes. Manual review can extend to 24–72 hours if documents are unclear or flagged. Players must be 21+ to complete KYC under CardCrush's terms.
CardCrush KYC can fail for three common reasons. First, blurry or partially cut-off ID images prevent auto-verification. Second, a name mismatch between the CardCrush account and the government ID causes a review flag. Third, an address outside a CardCrush legal state causes the check to fail. Re-upload a clearer image or contact CardCrush support to resolve a flagged review.
Step 3 — Choose gift card or bank transfer
After playthrough clears and Jumio approval is confirmed, CardCrush opens the redemption form. CardCrush presents two methods.
Gift card: CardCrush processes gift card redemptions within 48 hours of approval. CardCrush's gift card catalog lists the available retailers. CrushCards does not maintain that catalog, so verify the current options on CardCrush's redemption page. The minimum is $10 (10 MC).
Bank transfer: CardCrush processes bank transfer redemptions on a standard fulfillment schedule. CardCrush does not publish a specific bank transfer timeline as of June 10, 2026. The minimum is $75 (75 MC). Verify the current processing window on CardCrush's terms page.
Both methods peg at 1 MC to $1. A $10 gift card costs exactly 10 post-playthrough Mystery Coins. A $75 bank transfer costs exactly 75 post-playthrough Mystery Coins.
CardCrush also requires that players be physically located in a legal state at the time of submitting a redemption request. CardCrush's 13 legal states are California, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Indiana, Louisiana, Maine, Maryland, Montana, New York, Ohio, Tennessee, and West Virginia. A geolocation check at redemption is standard for single-currency skill-contest platforms.
Redemption timelines
Jumio manual review adds 24 to 72 hours to the timeline when documents require verification. CardCrush processes most gift card redemptions within 48 hours when the Jumio document and account name match.
What cannot be redeemed
CardCrush issues three asset types, and only one redeems for prizes.
CardCrush does not enable Gold Coin redemptions under any condition. CardCrush's Gold Coins carry no cash value and do not convert to Mystery Coins or prizes. CardCrush issues Gold Coins only for non-prize practice play.
CardCrush does not convert Battle Cards to cash at any rarity tier (Common, Rare, Epic, Legendary). CardCrush applies no conversion path from Battle Cards to Mystery Coins or prizes, regardless of quantity.
CardCrush redeems only Mystery Coins, at 1 MC to $1, after clearing the 1× playthrough and passing Jumio KYC.
Troubleshooting common redemption issues
Playthrough not cleared. The available-to-redeem balance in the CardCrush dashboard shows only post-playthrough Mystery Coins. If the balance reads lower than expected, some Mystery Coins remain under "wagering required." Continue entering prize-eligible Battle Zone matches to advance those coins through the 1× requirement.
Jumio KYC rejected. CardCrush returns a rejection notice with a reason code. Re-upload a clearer, fully visible photo ID in good lighting. Confirm the first and last name on the CardCrush account exactly matches the ID. If the problem persists, contact CardCrush support through the help center.
Redemption delayed beyond stated timeline. CardCrush may hold a redemption if geolocation does not match the account's registered state, if the account has a compliance flag, or if the submitted bank details are incomplete. Confirm you are physically located in a CardCrush legal state when submitting the request. Contact CardCrush support with the redemption reference number for any processing delay beyond the published window.
The bottom line
CardCrush requires three steps to process a prize redemption: clear the 1× playthrough, pass Jumio KYC, then submit a gift card request from $10 or bank transfer from $75. CardCrush redeems Mystery Coins at 1 MC to $1. CardCrush applies a 1× playthrough, the lowest wagering requirement in the category. CardCrush opens gift card redemption at $10, among the lowest floors of any brand CrushCards ranks. CardCrush does not redeem Gold Coins or Battle Cards under any condition. Verify the current gift card catalog and bank transfer timeline on CardCrush's terms page before submitting a request.
